Website Design & Implementation
Website layout and design for a restaurant. Brief was for a clean and fresh site, but maintaining elements of the old site branding. Also include reworking the logo to move the restaurant away from using the clichéd Papyrus typeface.
Built on the WordPress framework, and implementing a set of templates that allowed the non-technical restaurant staff the ability to update certain pages without the need for complex instructions or training. Seeking to avoid the use of PDF menus, we came up with a system that used rendered PNG image files, avoiding the need for Acrobat plugins and the difficulties that can present themselves cross-browser and cross-platform.
